第一句想說的話－所有在我的生命中成就我的善知識們，請接受我真誠的感恩！
在準備參賽資料的過程，我以專案管理哲學觀點省思「傑出專案經理人」的本質，我自忖內心至為淺陋，與「傑出」二字仍有極大落差及努力空間，於是以「第一屆十大傑出專案經理人獎」十三字為句首，寫下這首藏頭偈，鞭策自己應以字裡行間的意涵強化自己。

以公益專案受到肯定，我視之為上天賦予的使命，更提醒我在專注於工作及得到大眾認同之際，當在未來整合更多資源無相布施投入公益善舉！百歲高僧悟明老和尚云：「一個人一生總有受恩於人的時候，當然，你也必須不吝嗇，準備隨時奉上自己的愛心，施恩於別人。因為宇宙間便靠互相吸引，以維持空間與時間的平衡。這吸引便是無偏無私的慈悲、喜捨、仁愛。」領獎時刻的榮耀確實令人欣喜，但那一剎那後即是卸下光環進入「離相心自在」、「無取亦無求」的鍛鍊階段；此外，接續該以正面影響力無偏無私一心奉行的，是無盡的感恩回饋與責任承擔，以及正合其時投入公益善舉，於娑婆世界發揮些許清涼作用！

我不擅於說故事，特別是關於自己！所以只能以短短的十句話來與大家分享我如何鞭策自己的成長歷程。
I’m not very good at telling stories, especially when I am the hero of the story! So I
can only share with you about how I drive myself to grow with 10 short sentences.
◎一路走來正向拓展
Positive growth all the way along
要能在「一步一腳印」的紮根下，凡走過必留下痕跡，拓展「善勢力」，持續發揮正面的影響力並受人肯定。
“Step by step goes far”. Everything you do will lay the cornerstone for your future so
it is essential for one to influence others with “positive power” and continue to leverage
positive impact to gain recognition from others.
◎二話不說情義相挺
Being supportive with a big heart
熱情正直與有情有義是自己的人格特質，所以對於別人委託於己之事，總會二話不說情義相挺。
Passion and integrity are my own characteristics so I am always supportive in all
circumstances for anything entrusted by others.
◎三角職能專業核心
Being professional in three my core areas
除了保持「做中學、學中做」外，自2000年起以在職進修的方式，取得元智大學EMBA、長榮大學土地管理與開發雙碩士以及PMP證照。歷經十年的努力，很紮實地建構了個人專業核心三角職能。接續的強化目標則是以二岸不動產開發之研究為主軸。
Other than keeping in mind the importance of “learning while doing and doing while
learning”, I have obtained several credentials since 2000 while remaining at work, such as
EMBA from Yuan Ze University, Master of Land Management and Development (double degree)
from Chang Jung Christian University and PMP. After 10 years of hard work, I successfully
built up my career skills and professionalism in these three dimensions. And my next target
is to focus on cross-strait real estate development and research.
◎四平八穩應對順逆
Confront adversities and prosperities with stability and calmness
近20年來得以親近高僧大德、善知識、產官學菁英學習領導管理成功之道與人生體悟，逐步建構融合管理、領導、因果、佛法、法界觀等既入世又出世的一套處世哲學與核心價值觀，因此不論在哪個領域都能四平八穩迅速契入重心並能理性應對順逆境。
In the past 20 years, I was privileged to meet in person some knowledgeable clergies and
successful leaders with both industry and academic knowledge. I was honored to learn from
them how they succeed in career and life. Gradually, I formulated a life philosophy and core
value incorporated with management, leadership, causationism, Buddhism, Dharma Realm
Concept. All these ideas are both transcendental and mundane. Therefore, I can face
adversities and prosperities rationally fast and easy regardless of which area I am working
at.
◎五力全使所作皆辦
Complete all tasks by leveraging 5 abilities
規劃力、創造力、整合力、執行力及管理能力是專案經理的基本功，因此唯有不斷強化上述五力方能所作皆辦。
The basic abilities that any project manager should be equipped with include planning,
creativity, coordination, execution and management. Therefore, only by strengthening these 5
abilities will you be able to complete every task.
◎六語自述知足常樂
Contentment with 6 mottos
雖然自己很喜歡跨界挑戰，但一直以來都喜於享受「簡簡單單」、「平平常常」、「恬恬淡淡」、「自自在在」、「明明白白」的生活模式，因為這讓我保持「知足常樂」的滿足。「福福態態」則是一直以來的外在展現。
