| 吳景鑫出生於1954年4月8日,1975年畢業於台北科技大學,1979年進入中鼎工程股份有限公司,與國際 知名工程公司如 Chiyoda, JGC, FW, Flour, Daelim 共同合作承攬或單獨承攬國內外煉油石化重大工程10餘座,其中以中油RDS, NO. 5/6 RU, DHDS & JF, NP等工程, 台塑集團麥寮六輕工程與台塑石化烯烃三廠(1.20 MMTA 乙烯廠)等世界級工程。 Born April 8, 1954, graduated from National Taipei University of Technology in 1975, Mr. Wu began his career at CITI Corporation in 1979. He collaborated with famous international engineering firms such as Chiyoda, JGC, FW, Flour, Daelim, or single handedly subcontract more than 10 major petroleum refinery projects. Among which, CPC RDS, No. 5/6 RU, DHDS & JF, NP, No. 6 Naphtha Cracker Project and 3rd Petrochemical & Olefin plant for FPCC are the world class engineering works. |

首先感謝ITPM(社團法人台灣國際專案管理師協會)舉辦十大傑出專案經理人獎選拔活動,本人才有機會站在這裡接受表揚。對一位專案經理人而言能獲獎是至高無尚的榮譽,具有積極鼓勵與正面肯定的意義。
專案執行是Team Work,感謝所有參與本案之業主、公司長官、同仁、E/M供應商、施工協力廠商,有你們之共同努力及參與才能順利達成目標,此份榮耀是大家所共享的。
本次參選活動,本人一共提出中油公司DHDS & NP EPCK L/S Project,及台塑石化公司OL3 EPPCK L/S Project參與選拔,非常感謝中油公司朱總經理、楊副總經理及台塑石化公司蘇總經理百忙中撥冗撰寫推薦函,除對本人專案執行成果之肯定與嘉勉外,對個人獲此殊榮具有加持加分的助益,特此致上十二萬分的感謝!
工地施工及試俥期間,中鼎公司余董事長、林副董事長、許總經理均數度親往工地視察,關切品質、安衛環與進度,並勉勵所有工作同仁辛勞,廖副總經理亦在最後試俥期間進駐工地親自督軍,特此致謝。
由於全心全力投入工作,疏於照顧家庭,亦在此感謝家人的包融與諒解。

來自清寒農村-苗栗三灣鄉的客家子弟,從小看著父母為了籌取10位子女求學費用及冀望子女能夠成龍成鳳,胼手胝足、任勞任怨、全年幾近無休的守著一片貧脊山坡地辛勤工作。為分擔父母辛勞,進入中鼎後仍利用假日返家幫忙,每當收工準備返回台北時,望著父母歷經風霜、逐漸痀僂的背影,心中滿是辛酸。發願在工作上能夠有好表現,多寄些錢孝順父母,也就是這股力量,一直鞭策砥勵著我,對自我工作要求非常高,亦養成勤儉與刻苦耐勞不服輸的人格特質,及多1分替人設身處地著想的待人處事原則。 As a country boy with 9 siblings, growing up in a farming village, I watched my parents working so hard. They struggled to make ends meet and to come up with tuition for 10 kids, working on poor, hillside farmland. Even after I started working at CITI, I would still go home and help out on the farm. I was full of sorrow every time I saw their gradually weakening posture, and I promised myself that I would perform well at work so that I could help them financially. It was this commitment that gave me strength and drove me to be very self-demanding at work. It made me thrifty and hard-working. It taught me to never back down from challenges, and to have consideration for others.
1980年參與中油公司四輕設計工程,1982年派駐四輕工地擔任現場工程師,期間發現有太多設備,如最高溫度達1000℃以上裂解爐、TLE、Quench Fitting、Quench Tower、大型壓縮機、溫度最低達-175℃氫氣與甲烷分離Cold Box、冷凍vertical canned pump等,在過去的粗淺設計經驗都沒接觸過,引發強烈的求知慾,除請教先進專家外,亦利用晚間向中油借閱Vendor Data Book,開始鑽研相關CODE,對所有設備能夠更加深入了解,是最豐收的一年。 In 1980, I participated in the design engineering project of the 4th light-petroleum cracking plant. Thereafter, in 1982, I was assigned as the in-field engineer for the plant. I was had so little experience, and there was so much equipment. There was a cracking furnace with a temperature range that topped out at 1000 degrees Celsius, a Transfer Line Exchanger (TLE), a Quench Fitting and a Quench Tower. There was a Large Compressor, a Cold Box for separating Hydrogen and Methane at a low temperature of -175 degree Celsius and Frozen Vertical Canned Pumps. My experience designing the plant left me ill-prepared to handle all of this equipment, but I responded with a strong desire to understand it in detail. I studied the Vendor Data books provided by China Petroleum. I queried experts in the field and researched the related design code. After a very fruitful year, my studies had provided me with a detailed understanding of the equipment in my charge.
1985年調任專案,與Chiyoda , JGC分別共同合作承攬中油RDS與5/6重組工程,日商工程公司專案管理模式及敬業精神,均為當時中鼎公司學習對像。由於工作忙碌,左眼雖然不舒服並未予理會,但漸感刺痛直到有天眼前突然一團黑,才緊急就醫,因左眼虹彩嚴重發炎,造成眼壓過高,於台北榮總開刀治療。住院期間,因掛念工作翻閱資料,而遭醫師斥責,幸未傷及視神經,惟出院後因需口服藥控制眼壓,造成臉部發麻副作用,長達1年。 I was transferred to project management in 1985 and sub-contracted the RDS and 5/6 re-organization project for China Petroleum Corporation (CPC) with Chiyoda and JGC, respectively. At the time, CTCI was working towards the goal of adopting the project management models and professionalism of the Japanese engineering firms.
