Key Expectations
�� Ensure all deliverables are being worked on and get completed on schedule
�� Interact with other project team members including Operations, IT, Accounting etc.
�� Report to COO of Taiwan Branch and provide status reporting and other project management related reporting to several reporting lines(includes HQ)
�� Able to work independently but always keep team members well informed
�� Prepare documents, presentation materials and meeting minutes (in English and Chinese)
Requirements/Skills
�� 10-15 year working experiences in insurance, banking or other financial services industry.(prefer operation function)
�� Strong project management background
�� Problem-solving oriented. Anticipate, identify, analyze problems and provide well rounded solutions.
�� Familiar with the regulatory and legal environment of Taiwan(Prefer)
�� Communicate effectively
�� Knowledge and understanding of the insurance industry (Prefer)
�� Fluent in speaking, writing and reading English and Mandarin Chinese.
The project will last 9-12 months (starting March 2009) and may be extended as needed. Working location is at Taipei but occasional out-of-town trips may incur.
