本系統係因應年金改革新修訂之公教人員退撫法規相關法規變動，同時；結合現職、經歷及待遇資料、銓敘部公保資料、公務人員退休撫卹基金管理委員會退撫基金繳費資料，以簡化試算作業，提升服務效能；系統需在短時間必須建置並上線。
