非常感謝主辦單位及評審老師們的指教與肯定及中華國際薪傳鄭子太極拳總會(ICTHA)連傑義總會長的提攜與鼓勵，使我在首次參加十專獎選拔即能有幸獲獎。ICTHA成立於2008年6月，其宗旨在推廣鄭曼青宗師創立的鄭子太極拳37式，以期達到「善與人同、達兼天下」的最高理想。ICTHA成立後制定「S.M.A.R.T.五級教練制」，次第確立各級教練之質與量要求，以完善的教練培訓制度，作為實現「善與人同、達兼天下」及薪火相傳之具體作為。配合推動鄭子太極拳國際化為目標，ICTHA以「S.M.A.R.T.」代表的不同含義，作為薪傳策略規劃與團隊精神之體現。太極拳是傳統中華文化的瑰寶，專案管理是現代企業發展的潮流，期許我們能持續將傳統與現代結合，一步一腳印、深觀且廣行地將太極拳推廣到全世界。
專案代表作介紹
本專案目標如下：
1. 以鄭子太極拳37式進行拳藝聯誼，推廣鄭曼青宗師『善與人同』之基本理念。
2. 發掘優秀人才與團體，與SMART五級教練制結合，落實薪火相傳及人才的培訓。
3. 加強與國際拳界交流，增進各國拳界對我國之友誼。
The goals of this project are as follows:
1. To carry forward Chinese traditional culture by promoting CMC (Cheng Man-Ching) 37 Forms Tai Chi Chuan. It is expected that through continuous workshops and activities, the general public can recognize and appreciate the skills, philosophy and value of Tai Chi Chuan and gain the benefits of improved health, positive mind and inner happiness.
2. To discover and cultivate talent people and groups through the implementation of SMART Coaching System, in which SMART stands for Systematic, Measurable, Achievable, Repeatable and Teachable.
3. It is also expected that international friendship can be achieved through coordinated international programs and activities.
