謝謝主辦單位辦理這個獎項，資拓宏宇公司的推薦。過程中讓我回想參與戶役政專案多年來的點點滴滴，也讓我反思專案管理的執行過程。

謝謝資拓宏宇完善的管理機制及每年舉辦的各式管理課程，讓我在專案管理上能有所依循以及持續成長。感激主管的提攜、指導和支援，和團隊的熱情與無悔付出，一起面對挑戰並共同解決遇到的難題。我深信以同理心面對問題，以真誠的心帶人，再加上適切的管理，再複雜的專案必能有好的成果與效益。

本專案為確保全國戶役政資訊系統順利運作，服務不中斷，內政部將有關系統軟體維護、系統運作支援、系統管理、機房設施管理、資訊安全管理、備援服務及教育訓練等工作委外，藉以提升政府資訊效率及為民服務品質。
In order to ensure the smooth operation of the Resident Information system and the uninterrupted service, the Ministry of the Interior has delegated work on system software maintenance, system operation support, system management, computer room facilities management, information security management, backup services and education and training. Improve the efficiency of government information and the quality of service for the people.
