 1 何時可以繳費Renew證書? 整個Renew流程為何?
必須累積滿足額的60個PDU才會出現繳費的連結。在您累積滿60個PDU前是無法繳費的。

1. 累積滿60個PDU
2. 線上繳費150元美金
3. PMI才會EMAIL告知您完成
4. PMI會郵寄新的證書來給您。



 
 2 填寫PDU送出後，為何沒有看到新增的PDU數量?
再您送出的一週左右，經過PMI美國的工作人員審核後， 才會正式計算入您的PDU數目。請耐心等候。



 
 3 何時可以看到協會發給志工會員或幹部的PDU?
加入協會的所有會員都是協會的志工，所以加入時就有選取組別 做為往後服務的依循。因此符合PMI的Category 5, Volunteer Service，協會每年會核發 5個PDU來感謝所有志工會員的付出。

  • 每月1月將由協會幹部，核定各組組員的貢獻來定義PDU數。
  • 確認後再由理事長確認，才統一透過EMAIL通知大家，年度PDU正式核發。請於每年的2月底查詢，如果屆時還沒有收到，請在與網站管理者聯絡。
  • 不過如果會務年費尚未支付者，將無法收到。所以請確認已經繳交會費。

     4 登入需要什麼資料? 忘記PMI ID、證書編號該如何?
    ●登入 PDU更新區
    ●需要PMI ID . 證書編號 . 英文姓氏

    如果曾經登記為PMI的會員，那麼只要上www.pmi.org以username登入會員。 就會顯示出您的PMI ID與證書編號。

    如果忘記PMI會員的密碼，也可以查詢。



     
     5 申報時協會的名稱，應該標示為何?
    Activity Provider: 活動的提供單位（本協會英文名稱已於96 年8 月更名為 INSTITUTE OF TAIWAN PROJECT MANAGEMENT）



     
     6 如果輸入資料後，發現RENEW的資料有錯誤，該如何?
    如果已經送出資料，發現有錯誤。可以寫信給PMI， 他們會為您修正，不過至少需要一周以上才會與您聯絡，請耐心。



     
     7 PMI更改過RENEW時間表，我到底應該何時RENEW?
    自2008.08開始，PMI已經全面修正大家的RENEW時間表， 以後都是自己考上的那天來RENEW。

    正確的時間，請選擇上方黑色條"A"區，可以看到詳細的說明。



     
     8 RENEW PMP之後，PMI會通知或寄什麼嗎?
    在您累積滿足額PDU後，並且繳費。 PMI才會EMAIL通知您完成RENEW 之後PMI會郵寄新證書給您。

    如果徽章遺失者，可以EMAIL告知PMI， 他們會免費再寄一份徽章給您。



     
     9 我已經有60個PDU了，為何說PDU數目不足呢?
    PMI為了鼓勵大家均衡的學習，所以PDU根據類別不同，有些PDU是有申報上限的。(請看看上方黑色條的"B"區)

    所以可能您的某些類別PDU過多，能夠申報的並沒有那麼多，所以要再補上其他沒有限額的PDU才好。(像是參加每月分享活動等)



     
     10 投稿ITPM協會可以得到PDU嗎? 可以申報多少個?
    歡迎大家多多投稿ITPM協會。
    我們會將您的投稿內容放在網路上與大家分享，並且回饋3個PDU(每篇)給您。 投稿的PDU每個cycle可以申報達15個。

    非常鼓勵大家投稿。



     
     11 多出來的PDU可以移到下個CCR cycle嗎?
    ‧最多可以移20個PDU到下一個cycle使用
    ‧但是這些多出的限定必須是最後一年得到的

    例一：某位PMP第一年得到50個，第二年得到25個，第三年得到5個。
    雖然共有80個，但是只能將第三年多出的5個移到下個cycle使用。

    例二：某位PMP第一年得到30個，第二年得到45個，第三年得到15個。
    雖然共有90個，但是只能將第三年多出的15個移到下個cycle使用。




     
     12 2009/05/04以前ITPM協會核發的是contact hour，可以申報為PDU嗎?
    是的，一個contact hour等於一個PDU。

    參加非PMI註冊教育機構的教育活動稱為Contact Hours。每一個contact hour經過PMI審查核准後可被認可為1PDU。 PMP應保留報名表、證書或參與證明、課程內容說明及講師或專家資歷的手冊或課程資料供PMI審查用。

    因為登記為PMI註冊教育機構需花費高費用，增加所有會員的負擔，因此協會將此費用節省下來，我們核發的contact hour仍然等同於PDU， 所以申報有同等效力。請無須擔心。

    2009/05/04後，協會已經成為PMI正式的REP機構，所發予會員的此後都是PDU。

     13 我閱讀了PMP相關的管理知識書籍，該如何申報?
    只要您保留以後如果被Audit時，可提出佐證的資料，就可以自行申報閱讀相關領域的 書籍、影片、文章等作為PDU。

    ※ 這是屬於Category 2-2SDL
    ※ 三年CCR cycle內最多可申報15個PDU

    Self-directed learning activities are individualized learning events involving personally conducted research or study. Learning may include informal activities such as discussions or coaching sessions with colleagues, coworkers, clients or consultants. It may include articles, books, instructional manuals, videos, CD-ROMs or other material resources.*



     
     14 協會成為REP後，我們個人對PDU的申報，有何影響?
    協會成為REP機構後，所發予的學習時數，都是PDU。

    申報方式，從以往的第四類，改為第三類。
    請填入協會的代號2955，與活動課程代號。
    即可申報PDU。

     15 當我還是PMI的付費會員時，Renew證書有優惠嗎?
    是的，
    非PMI會員，Renew PMP要150元美金
    而PMI會員，Renew PMP要60元美金



     
     16 成為PMP後，繼續在大學或研究所進修專案管理的課程，請問可申報PDU嗎??
    為此智財組寫信去PMI詢問：

    Dear Sir,
    I would like to attend Project Management Course of someone university graduate school, but I not sure the course may transfer to PDU? Could you kindly provide your opinions for below questions regarding PDU?
    1. The university or graduate school Project Management Course may transfer to PDU and accept by PMI?
    2. Generally speaking almost university or graduate school in Taiwan not PMI approved REP institution, PMI whether accept their Project Management Course transfer to PDU?
    3. If your answer is yes for question 1 & 2, the Project Management Course how to transfer to PDU? For example my Project Management Course in one semester has 20 weeks and two hours per week. How many PDUs can be transfer?
    4. Would you please provide REP institution for university or graduate school in Taiwan?

    Greetings from all of us at PMI Asia Pacific Service Centre!
    Thank you for your email.

    The Professional Development Units (PDUs) is the measuring unit used to quantify approved learning and professional service activities. Typically, one PDU is earned for every one hour spend in a planned, structured learning experience or activity.

    Category 1. Formal Academic Education

    PDUs may be earned by completing an academic course after PMP certification. Courses must be offered for degree credit and be related to project management. One (1) hour of degree credit in a typical 15-week semester earns 15 PDUs. One (1) quarter semester hour (10 weeks) earns 10 PDUs. When only a portion of a course relates to project management. Each course must be submitted on a separate CCR Activity Reporting Form. PMI does not recognize entire degree programs for PDU credits, only individual courses.

    PDU activities completed prior to obtaining a PMI credential are not accepted toward the renewal requirements. Further, you cannot claim participation in the same course or activity more than once.

    If you are wishing to attend Project Management Course, you may report it under Category 1.

    Please be advised that PMI itself does not offer any Preparation courses for PMP Certification, but PMI does offer a list of approved RegisteredEducation Providers (R.E.Ps). To search for your nearest R.E.Ps, please visit: http://tel.occe.ou.edu/cgi-bin/PMI_Provider/repsearch.cgiand follow the steps given:

    1. Under "Advanced Search", find "c. Limit your search to Providers with offices in specific countries or regions"

    2. Under Region, scrolldown and select "Asia & the South Pacific".

    3. Under Subregions, select "Taiwan".

    4. Click "Submit search".

    You will then see a directory listing and contact details of all the PMI R.E.Ps in Taiwan. The duration and content of the course depends on which program you choose.

    You may wish to refer to the PMP handbook for more information.
