| 王獻堂是冠呈能源環控有限公司負責人，公司主要從事節能減碳顧問工作。主要工作為協助業主申請國內外綠建築(EEWH & LEED)及規劃建置符合國際標準的綠色機房(Green Data Center)。最大的成就是依據專案管理的精神整合一群專業技術工作者，立志未來5年內節能減碳量要相當於建造一萬座大安森林公園。 Mr. Wang Hsien-Tung is the head of Kuang-Cheng Energy Environmental Control Co., Ltd., which provides energy conservation and carbon reduction consulting services. Its focus is to assist domestic and foreign clients with the application for green building certification (EEWH), and the planning and construction of the Green Data Center that is complied with the green building rating system (LEED). His greatest accomplishment is to integrate a team of professional technicians based on the project management approach. In the next 5 years, his goal is to conserve the energy and reduce the carbon production that is the equivalent results as to build 10,000 Ta-Ann forest parks. |

很高興有機會獲此殊榮，左思右想其實這應該要歸功於專案團隊有著一份節能減碳的熱情、努力不懈成為一支產業LEED生力軍所帶來的榮耀。而我則代表我的團隊來接受這個獎勵。
團隊包含我的公司冠呈能源環控有限公司的所有成員、LEED建築團隊川昱永續環控、北科大李魁鵬教授能源研究室以及綠色機房最專業的日昇電機技師事務所與廣知工程科技股份有限公司。
地球生病了，沒有人可以置身事外。病症是：氣候異常、發燒、海平面上昇、沙漠化嚴重…地球正面臨著前所未有的劫難。個人參與完成了國內第一座LEED金級輔導工作後，掩不住內心激動更在內人的鼓勵與支持下毅然決然全力投入這個既可實現理想又可積福報的”特種”行業。在團隊的努力下已經在最近3年內完成了全世界4座LEED電子廠其中的3座金牌等級(台積電2座及友達1座)輔導工作，目前節能減碳成果已經超過1000座大安森林公園的碳吸收量。未來更希望加入綠色機房的專案團隊在未來的5年可以有10000座大安森林公園的斬獲量。
更希望今天在ITPM推波助瀾下，喚起更多專業技師團體以專案管理精神整合與分工，一起為我們這個美麗地球盡一分心力。

求學
我是一個雲林縣口湖鄉北上討生活的鄉下小孩，技職體系的求學過程走得比一般人辛苦。雖然家境清寒但在父親支持及申請助學貸款，80年仍然完成學業順利由台灣工業技術學院(現為台灣科技大學)機械系畢業，之後一直從事冷凍空調這個行業。
Education
As a young man from the rural area of Kouhu Township in Yunlin County, I first came to
Taipei in pursuit of a technical and vocational education. Times were hard, but with my
father’s support and a loan I secured for my education, I successfully graduated from
Taiwan College of Industry and Technology Engineering Department (now as National
Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST)) in 1991. I have been working
in the refrigeration & air conditioning industry ever since.
第一份工作
畢業後幸運地進入中鼎工程服務，從事冷凍空調設計工作，第一次領到薪水內心忍不住雀躍，心想終於可以為家裡經濟改善進一份心力了，花了3個月終於把2年的助學貸款還清，爾後也慢慢可以幫忙扛起家裡經濟的擔子。
First Job
After graduation, I was fortunate enough to land a refrigeration & air conditioning designer
job in the CTCI Corporation. I was thrilled when I received my first paycheck, realizing
that I could finally help out with the financial situation at home. I paid off my 2-year
education loan within 3 months, and was able to gradually share the financial load at home.
工程歷練
82年順利地第一次就通過冷凍空調技師高考，對於工程實務的渴望了解轉戰工程。8年工程生涯歷練了監造工程師、組長、主任、工程專案督導。也因為執行了電子廠製程排氣的統包工作，而有幸見證了台灣電子廠的蓬勃發展。
Engineering Experience
I successfully passed the Civil Service Senior Examination as a refrigeration & air-
conditioning technician in 1993, however, my interests and knowledge in engineering has led
me to a different career path. During my first 8 years, I held the positions of supervision
engineer, section head, director, and engineering project supervisor. I was very fortunate
to witness the prosperous development of electronics in Taiwan, after working on an
electronic factory turn-key exhaust fume process system.
合作創業
89年經濟衰退的一個年代，與吳滄榮技師合作創業—廣知工程顧問(現為廣知工程科技)一直致力於節能減碳的技術服務工作。創業選擇了技術難度較高的既有建築物節能改善技術顧問工作及功能驗證市場，期間完成了南港二期軟體園區空調功能驗證、4個高鐵車站的空調測試與驗證工作也完成了台灣第一座台積電台南電子廠LEED金牌功能驗證專案。
Co-operative Venture
In 2000, during an economic recession, I and a technician Chung-rong Wu started the EAK
Engineering Consultants & Technology Company, we focused on services in energy saving and
carbon emission reduction. Our business concentrated on the skills of high-agree of
difficulty in the line of construction energy-saving consulting, and functionality test.
During this time, our projects included inspecting and certifying the Nangang 2-Phase
Software Park air condition (a/c) functionality, four High Speed Rail Stations’ a/c
systems, and completed Taiwan’s first gold standard in functionality testing and validation
of Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Limited (TSMC) - Tainan Science Park.
轉型及創造價值
97年在內人支持下成立了冠呈能源環控有限公司，鼓勵同仁將專案管理作為基本溝通語言(目前公司有5位PMP)，並集中業務發展LEED及國際綠色機房規劃工作。在團隊合作努力下已經在最近3年內完成了全世界4座LEED電子廠其中的3座金牌級(台積電2座及友達1座)輔導工作(尚有超過10個LEED專案進行中)，目前節能減碳成果已經超過1000座大安森林公園的碳吸收量。未來更希望加入綠色機房的專案團隊，期許在未來的5年可以有10000座大安森林公園的斬獲量。
